Back on Track - for the umpeenth time!

Trying to get back in the swing of early morning workouts, because I will eventually have to go back to work (although I’m going to try my hardest to negotiate a WFH situation for a least 3 days/week)! So I got up at 5am and did the T25 Core Cardio workout with MAJOR modifications! As I have discovered, this program is NOT for me! But I am bound and determined to finish it to the best of my abilities!!! Anytime I get down on myself about how much I CAN’T do, I need to remember “progress, not perfection”! I don’t think I’ve lost even one pound in the last month... I find out tomorrow. I just hope I haven’t gained!!! My eating has been straight TRASH! But I’m working on it! I’ve got to get back on track!!!
